چکیده
In the new millennium, traditional electrical power systems have undergone a significant change driven by set of requirements arising from evolving and changing technology. Thus, fundamental changes occurred in way energy is produced, transmitted, distributed. This situation has revealed need to expand existing networks or establish networks. The available literature that particular attention latter one still limited due complexity system. purpose this study contribute body tries address gap at overall design distribution network. Moreover, distributed generation integration also considered simultaneously with network design. paper, two-level electricity system (TLEDS_DG) for green-field planning considered. TLEDS_DG defined find locations transformers, decide number generators, underlying such demand capacity constraints are satisfied, cost minimized. Two mathematical models, node-based flow-based, proposed compared terms solution quality CPU times. Within flow-based formulation which technique, called node cloning, used transform into single-level one. To validate effectiveness efficiency approach (flow-based cloning), we conduct numerical studies based on randomly generated instances up 300 customers. Additionally, sensitivity analysis applied demonstrate impacts initial parameter settings. Computational results large suite test problems show cloning) efficient highly effective problems.

A Two-Stage Chance-Constraint Stochastic Programming Model for Electricity Supply Chain Network Design
Development of every society is incumbent upon energy sector’s technological and economic effectiveness. The electricity industry is a growing and needs to have a better performance to effectively cover the demand. The industry requires a balance between cost and efficiency through careful design and planning. In this paper, a two-stage stochastic programming model is presented for the design o...
متن کاملTwo Mathematical Models for Railway Crew Scheduling Problem
Railway crew scheduling problem is a substantial part of the railway transportation planning, which aims to find the optimal combination of the trip sequences (pairings), and assign them to the crew complements. In this problem, each trip must be covered by at least one pairing. The multiple-covered trips lead to impose useless transfers called “transitions”. In this study, a new ma...
متن کاملTwo Mathematical Models for Generation of Crowned Tooth Surface
Gear couplings are mechanical components to connect shaft ends and eliminate the misalignments. The most important element of the gear coupling is the hub which is an external gear having crowned teeth. The crowned teeth on the hub are typically produced by hobbing. The resulting tooth surface depends on several parameters. It is influenced by the size of the hob and the feed. In this paper two...
متن کاملElectricity Distribution Network Planning Considering Distributed Generation
One of EU’s actions against climate change is to meet 20% of our energy needs from renewable resources. Given that the renewable resources are becoming more economical to extract electricity from, this will result in that more and more distributed generation (DG) will be connected to power distribution. The increasing share of DG in the electricity networks implies both increased costs and bene...
متن کاملSliding Mode with Neural Network Regulator for DFIG Using Two-Level NPWM Strategy
This article presents a sliding mode control (SMC) with artificial neural network (ANN) regulator for the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) using two-level neural pulse width modulation (NPWM) technique. The proposed control scheme of the DFIG-based wind turbine system (WTS) combines the advantages of SMC control and ANN regulator. The reaching conditions, robustness and stability of the sy...
